Due to disruptions caused by COVID-19, some local and international carriers may be delayed or unable to deliver to certain locations. These restrictions vary significantly by region and therefore, before placing an order, we ask that customers consult with their local mailing services to make sure you are able to accept mail. Our offerings include USPS, DHL, and UPS. 

In the event that your order cannot be delivered because of restrictions, your items will be returned to RGC and fully refunded.

As a heads up, we are seeing a day or two delay in domestic shipping as well as International orders. International orders using the USPS First Class International service are seeing up to a 4-5 week shipping windows in some cases as packages await customs clearance. Please be aware of this and we appreciate your patience during this time.
