Random Golf Club’s newest Major is heading to the heart of central Wisconsin for a three-day golf experience at Sand Valley Resort—one of the premier golf destinations in the U.S. This event is built for those who see golf as more than a game—it’s an adventure, a test, and a shared experience with the best kind of people.

With 63 holes of golf across three of Sand Valley’s renowned courses, we’ll be teeing it up at Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes & Sedge Valley.

Sand Valley is where creativity meets championship golf, blending nature and golf architecture seamlessly. This Major is a celebration of community, camaraderie, and the game we love—set against the backdrop of pristine conditions and jaw-dropping vistas.

ITINERARY

Arrival | July 8th

Arrive at the Sand Valley Resort where you can settle into your accommodations. Breakfast will be served before your Sedge Valley round with dinner to follow.

Sedge Valley | July 8th

Prepare for a different pace at Sedge Valley, Tom Doak’s homage to the classic heathland courses of London. With an intimate routing and small greens, Sedge Valley emphasizes strategy and precision. Each hole presents a unique challenge that rewards creativity and shot-making over brute strength.

 

Mammoth Dunes | July 9th

Designed by David McLay Kidd, this course is a rollercoaster of wide fairways, thrilling approach shots, and stunning views of the Wisconsin landscape. Its dramatic contours and bold greens make it as visually striking as it is fun to play.

Sand Valley Scramble | July 9th

A pre-dinner 9-hole Mad Scramble with the all participants playing as one group. The perfect way to get an early look at tomorrow's round with all Major players.

With exclusive access, curated experiences, and the RGC community by your side, this Major is a celebration of everything we believe golf should be—fun, inclusive, and always an adventure.

  • Exclusive Access to Iconic Courses: Play at Ireland’s most legendary courses, including Royal Dublin, Portmarnock Golf Club, Royal County Down, Portstewart - Strand, and County Louth. These are not just rounds of golf; they are opportunities to walk in the footsteps of champions and experience the true spirit of links golf.

  • Luxury Accommodations: Rest easy at some of Ireland’s finest hotels, including The Grafton Hotel, Slieve Donard, and the Golf Links Hotel, Portrush. FAQs

How many spots can I purchase?

A maximum of four spots can be purchased per member. Email shop@randomgolflcub.com for larger group inquiries.

Can I register as a single?

Absolutely! Singles will be paired with other Members of the trip.

Are there any handicap or skill level requirements?

Golfers of all skill levels are welcome. We ask that you play respectfully, have fun, and keep up with the pace of play. A double-bogey max scoring system will be in place.

What is the payment and cancellation policy?

Refunds are only available if your spot can be filled by another Member with a 7% processing fee.

What is not included?

Accomodations, airfare, caddie fees, and meals other than those specified.

What if I’m a Legacy Member?

There are reserved spots for Legacy Members in the 24 hour booking window. RGC Majors and Classics are not eligible for Member Discounts.

What if I’m a Pro Member?

Pro Members will receive priority reservations over Base Members in the 24 hour booking window. RGC Majors and Classics are not eligible for Member Discounts.
